• How much does it cost? Free to start. Premium unlocks everything for $1.99/month or $9.99/year, cancel anytime.
• How do I cancel? In your device's account settings (Apple ID or Google Play). Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
• How do I delete my account? In the app: Settings → Delete Account & Data.
• Is it a medical or crisis service? No — the mood and period features are for personal tracking only. If you're struggling, talk to a trusted adult or text HOME to 741741 (US).
