Teen Scout — Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Teen Scout. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them.

1. Who can use Teen Scout — You must be at least 13 years old to use Teen Scout. By using the app you confirm that you are 13 or older.

2. Your account — You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up.

3. Acceptable use — Teen Scout is for your personal organization and wellbeing. Don't use it to break the law, harass others, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse the app.

4. Your content — You own the content you add (events, notes, photos, entries). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you within the app. We don't claim ownership and we don't sell it.

5. Teen Scout Premium (subscriptions) — Teen Scout offers an optional auto-renewable subscription, Teen Scout Premium: Monthly $1.99 USD/month; Yearly $9.99 USD/year. Prices may vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play account) at purchase. Your subscription automatically renews at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

6. The Scout AI companion — Scout's AI responses are generated automatically and are for friendly support and ideas only. They are not professional, medical, legal, or mental-health advice. Always use your own judgment and talk to a trusted adult for important decisions.

7. No medical or crisis service — Teen Scout, including the period tracker and mood features, is for personal tracking only and is not a medical device or crisis service. If you need help, contact a trusted adult or a crisis line (in the US, text HOME to 741741).

8. Disclaimers & liability — The app is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Some places don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

9. Changes & termination — We may update the app and these Terms over time. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms. You may stop using and delete your account at any time.
